I’m James, the Director of Motion Marketing Ldn, but that’s not where my journey started.

For six years, I worked in construction. I climbed the ranks, took on more responsibility, and learned the value of hard work. But over time, I started to feel stuck. There was little room for growth, and I knew I was capable of more. So I made a big decision: I left the South and moved to Manchester to study Business Management at university.

It didn’t take long for me to realise that traditional education wasn’t for me. I wasn’t interested in just learning about business, I wanted to build one. I became obsessed with finding the right opportunity, something that would challenge me and give me real freedom.

That’s when I discovered the world of marketing. And everything clicked.

Now, through Motion Marketing Ldn, I get to do what I love every day. I help brands grow, connect with clients on a deeper level, and lead a team that shares my passion for pushing boundaries. Most importantly, I’ve created a life where I work for myself, on my own terms.
